Collabora Office is a comprehensive office suite for Android that includes a text editor, spreadsheet, and presentation program. It is based on LibreOffice, an extremely popular Open Source office suite. With the availability of Collabora Office on Android, you can now enhance your productivity and collaborate effectively while working on mobile devices.
This app is actively being developed and the developers greatly appreciate feedback and bug reports from users.
The app supports a wide range of file formats, including Open Document Format (.odt, .odp, .ods, .ots, .ott, .otp) and various versions of Microsoft Office files such as 2007/2010/2013/2016/2019 (.docx, .pptx, .xlsx, .dotx, .xltx, .ppsx) as well as 97/2000/XP/2003 (.doc, .ppt, .xls, .dot, .xlt, .pps).

About the app itself, Collabora Office for Android utilizes the same powerful engine as LibreOffice for Windows, Mac, and Linux. The user interface has been redesigned based on Collabora Online to ensure seamless document compatibility and ease of use.
This Android version of Collabora Office has been built and refined by a team of experienced Collabora Engineers such as Tor Lillqvist, Tomaž Vajngerl, Michael Meeks, Miklos Vajna, Jan Holešovský, Mert Tümer, and Rashesh Padia. Additionally, their work has been supported by talented students Andrzej Hunt, Iain Billet, and Kaishu Sahu through the Google Summer of Code program.
The app is released under the Mozilla Public License v2 and other Open Source licenses.
